Route: Cochin – Fort Cochin – Alappuzha – Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Thiruvananthapuram


Day 1: Cochin – Fort Cochin (1 Hr 30 Mins / 40 KMs)

Pick up from Cochin International Airport and heading to Fort Cochin.

Fort Cochin, the famous tourists destination for its vintage architecture and inter-mixed cultures.
Tradition rich town offers you rich treats for your eyes, antiques and local cuisines are  indigenous to the area.
Spend the evening with a walk through Mattancherry Dutch palace, Dutch cemetery,  Jewish Synagogue, Jew town, Chinese fishing nets and Fort Cochin beach.
Night-stay in Fort Cochin’s standard hotel.

Day 2: Fort Cochin – Alleppey (1 Hr 45 Min / 60 KMs)

“Venice of the East”, Alleppey.
Alleppey, rich in its natural beauty and cultural diversity. Within the agricultural wonders of “below the sea  level farming” and much more awaits you.

Check in to Alleppey deluxe Houseboat.
Experience backwater life, village cuisines and wide stretching lake.
Spent this night at our deluxe houseboat offering an exquisite first hand view of  local backwater and its villages and their way of life in lagoons.

Overnight stay at the houseboat. 

Day 3: Alleppey – Kovalam ( 4 Hrs / 130 KMs)

After breakfast heading to Kovalam beach, on the way visit Krishnapuram Palace, Kayamkulam and Kappil beach.

Kovalam beach is in Trivandrum noted for their luxurious facilities and is chic-a-bloc with travellers.

Be at home in Kovalam which offers a picturesque view of sunset.

Kovalam has three beaches separated by rocky outcroppings in its 17 KMs coastline; the three together form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach

Lighthouse Beach

The southernmost beach, the Lighthouse Beach is the one most frequented by tourists, Lighthouse Beach got its name due to the old Vizhinjam Lighthouse located on a 35 meter high on top of the Kurumkal hillock. The lighthouse is built using stones, is colored in red and white bands and enjoys a height of 118 feet. It’s intermittent beams at night render the beach with an unearthly charm.

Hawah Beach

Eve’s Beach, more commonly known as Hawah Beach, ranks second, in the early day, is a beehive of activities with fishermen setting out for sea. With a high rock promontory and a calm bay of blue waters, this beach paradise creates a unique aquarelle on moonlit nights.

Samudra Beach

A large promontory separates this part from the southern side. Samudra Beach doesn’t have tourists thronging there or hectic business. The local fishermen ply their trade on this part.

Day 4: Kovalam – Thiruvananthapuram – Kanyakumari ( 3 Hrs / 90 KMs)

Next day, visit the capital city, Thiruvananthapuram, named after Lord Krishna. The city is famous for its ancient temples, zoos, museums. Rich tourists spots make this city a sought after tourist destination. Continue the journey to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India. It is the few places on the earth where you can view the sunrise and sunset in the ocean.
Check into a standard hotel at Kanyakumari. 

Day 5: Kanyakumari –  Thiruvananthapuram Drop ( 2 hrs /

90 KMs)

There’s a sense of accomplishment on making it to the point of the subcontinents ‘V’, past the dramatic flourish of the Western Ghats and the green fields, glinting rice paddies and slow-looping wind turbines of India’s deep south.
Visit sights like Kumaran Amman Temple, Vivekananda rock, Kamaraj memorial monument.
Drop off at Trivandrum with long lasting memories of Kerala.
