Day 1: Cochin – Alleppey (2 Hrs / 90 KMs)

Pick up from Cochin International Airport heading to Alleppey.

 “Venice of the East”, Alleppey.
Alleppey rich in its natural beauty and cultural diversity. Within the agricultural wonders of “below the sea  level farming” and much more awaits you.

Check in to Alleppey deluxe Houseboat.
Experience backwater life, village cuisines and wide stretching lake.

Day 2: Alleppey – Thekkady (4 Hrs / 140 KMs)

Morning 9 AM after the breakfast, heading straight to Thekkady, on the way visit Olive Spice Gardens, Puliyanmala.

The Periyar forest of Thekkady awaits you the day. Visit the wildlife ecosystem and famous spice plantations.

Day 3: Thekkady – Munnar ( 3 Hrs / 100 KMs)

After a delicious breakfast heading to Munnar.

Today spend high up in Munnar hill-station, 1600 m above the sea level.
Munnar gives every opportunities to explore the mountain way of life, “Neelakurinji” is an exotic flower which blooms only once in every twelve years. Eravikulam National Park lets you observe the “Nilgiri Tahrs” up close. Munnar boasts the highest peak in South India the Anaimudi.

Day 4: Munnar Sight seeing

After a delicious breakfast visit the famed Munnar tea plantations. Munnar tea is famous for its quality taste and freshness. Explore the Munnar and nearby places. You can get to but many novelties as well as homemade chocolates.

Visit Dreamland amusement park.

Visit Mattupetty dam.

Mattupetty dam and its reservoir is situated 13 KMs away from Munnar.  This tangible seriousness dam is built between the hill ranges and it is worn mainly for water storage for hydroelectric projects. 

Visit tea museum and tea gardens, Echo Point, Top Station etc.

Evening attend Kathakali and traditional Kerala marital arts show.

Day 5: Munnar –  Kodaikanal ( 5 hrs / 180 KMs)

Spend the next two days in Kodaikanal, “The Princess of Hill Stations”.

Kodai is a famed hill-station in Tamil Nadu famous for its serene hills, mushrooms and wildlife.
Nights are chilly and cuddle up in a resort.

Day 6: Kodaikanal Sightseeing

Visit places like Bryant Park, Coaker’s Walk, Bear Shola Falls, Green Valley View, Berijam Lake, Silver Cascade Waterfall, Dolphin Nose Point etc.

Day 7: Kodaikanal – Madurai ( 3.5 Hrs / 130 KMs)

Satisfy your religious calling in Madurai, Land of Madurai Meenakshi temple. Temples are artistic wonders. Madurai Meenakshi temple are famed for the holy atmosphere it renders. The art forms in Madurai are very traditional.

Day 8: Madurai – Trichy ( 4 Hrs / 145 KMs) – Thanjavur  ( 1 Hrs / 60 KMs)

Next day, travel to another temple rich town of Tamil Nadu, Thanjavur. The town is famous for its soothing music and pure vegetarian cuisines.

On the way visit the ancient temple Malaikottai in Trichy.

Day 9: Thanjavur – Pondicherry ( 4 Hrs / 180 KMs)

Let’s make a climax for the trip with a memorable 2 night stay in Pondicherry at a standard hotel. The former French colony. Auroville beach is a famous sand beach in Pondicherry and it’s well known for it’s international cultural diversity and co-operation as a one world concept.

Day 10: Pondicherry Sightseeing

Pondicherry is a popular tourist destination in South India. The city has many colonial buildings, churches, temples, and statues which, combined with the systematic town planning and planned French style avenues, still preserve much of the colonial ambiance. Visit places like Promenade beach, Auroville beach, Gandhi statue, Nehru statue, Le Café, French War Memorial, 19th Century Light House, Pondicherry Museum and the French Institute of Pondicherry at Saint-Louis Street.

Day 11: Pondicherry – Trichy ( 5 Hrs / 200 KMs)

Drop off at Trichy with everlasting memories.
